Actually, I don't know how to respond at the art. I don't know if this is consider as an art thievery or not, but in my opinion I think it is OK as long as they don't trace completely or claim the original picture as their own. And it seems that he/she is using my picture for drawing practice or reference.
The thing that is bothering me is the link he shows at the artist's comment. It's from a website that I don't know, not from my page, lol XD
